Hall-Towers Bulgarian Property Services was started by myself John and my wife Lynn Hall in 2005.

 

We decided to immigrate to Bulgaria because of the reasonable price of property and the low cost of living.

Moving here wasn’t an easy thing to do with the language barrier and the rules of foreign property ownership before Bulgaria entered the EU.
We were very lucky though, the property we chose to purchase was already owned by an Englishman and his Bulgarian wife. They offered lots of help and without it we would have really struggled.

That was the motivation for starting this company; we just wanted to help others who like us were finding things tricky.

The majority of people we helped were not buying property to live here full time; they wanted a second home or holiday home.

Naturally people will have concerns about leaving their property empty especially when it is so far away from them, we offered our help to keep an eye on their property for them and the business grew from there.

My wife Lynn is a professional house-keeper and has worked as head house-keeper in many fine hotels and even in hospitals, I am a very experienced handy-man and have completed many renovations, the most recent being our own house in Bulgaria which between us we fully renovated.

With our previous experience we are very well suited to this business. We have also teamed up with other ex-pat English people and Bulgarian Professionals who help us out with red-tape and the language barrier.

 

We are not a big company, but because of this we can offer a far superior service. We don’t have set caretaking packages for you to chose from, we will have a good chat and discuss exactly what you need for your property, even if all you want is for a quick clean of your property, some milk in the fridge, the heating put on and picking up from the airport. We have a choice of vehicles to use and offer very competitive pricing.
