We are based centrally in Bulgaria and with our network of agents we cover the whole country.
Our services range from giving simple advice over the telephone / internet about living in Bulgaria to full property caretaking.

We can visit your property at regular intervals chosen by you, just to make sure your property is still secure, we will pay your bills for you, we will keep your property clean and dust free and we can even make sure there is milk in the fridge ready for your arrival back in to the country. If you like we can even collect you from the airport and drop you safely at your door.

We do not advertise any prices as we do not have any fixed services, we like to tailor a service to the individual client so that you only receive the services and help that you need.

 

All our staff own property and live in Bulgaria full-time. Between us have been through pretty much all the issues that arrise from buying property and living here. If anything happends to your property while you are away we contact you immidately to inform you, then get to work putting it right. We have solved issues ranging from a blown fuse on a fridge to changing a broken window. We can even take you on a tour around and show you the best shops and café's.

If you set up a regular inspection on your property with us, on your return you will receive a full signed visit report detailing the times we visited and what we did. combine that with being able to contact us 24 hours a day and you know your are in safe hands.

There are other property management companies in Bulgaria, but none of which are as flexible and helpful as us. The majority of staff at Hall-Towers are ex-pat British, but we also employ Bulgarian bi-lingual professionals, who are great for helping with moving issues or any issue where the language barrier may be a problem.
